摘要
Abstract
As a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease(USP)family,ubiquitin-specific protease 44(USP44)plays a significant role in the development and progression of malignant tumors through its deubiquitinating activity.In recent years,the molecular structure of USP44 and its regulatory mechanisms in various malignancies have been gradually elucidated.However,the differential expression of USP44 in different malignant tumors,its role in early cancer screening,and its relationship with cancer progression and prognosis still lack systematic summarization.This review will systematically describe the molecular structure and biological functions of USP44,as well as its regulatory mechanisms in tumorigenesis and development.It further delves into the role of USP44 in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Also the current limitations in research are analysed and prospects are made for future studies on USP44,aiming to offer new targets and insights for targeted therapy of malignant tumors.关键词
