我国糖尿病前期健康管理研究趋势的文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis on the research trend of prediabetes health management
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of prediabetes health management in China based on bibliometrics.Methods:With"prediabetes&health management""prediabetes&screening""prediabetes&risk assessment""prediabetes&intervention""prediabetes&follow-up"as the key words,relevant literature in the field of prediabetes health management published from January 1,2013 to November 20,2023 in China was retrieved on CNKI and Wanfang data platforms.Through screening and data processing,CiteSpace software was used to conduct visual analysis on the included literature,draw the relationship map,keyword co-occurrence map,emergence analysis,timeline clustering map of the author and institution cooperation network,and analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of prediabetes health management in China.Results:A total of 870 articles were finally included.From 2013 to 2017,the number of papers issued in the field of prediabetes health management in China showed a steady growth trend,reaching a peak in 2017.The core authors in this field were ZHANG Li-xia,YU Fang,WAN Qin,etc.The research institutions and author groups were mainly concentrated in universities and comprehensive hospitals,with keywords such as"blood glucose""insulin resistance""community""health education""influencing factors""prevention of diseases",etc.The research hotspots were relatively prominent.Among them,"blood lipids"(2016-2020)had the longest duration,"influencing factors"(4.54)had the highest intensity,and"glucose metabolism""influencing factors""chronic disease management"and other words had surged significantly in recent years.Key words clustering can be divided into two categories:⑴ Research on the prevalence of prediabetes and its influencing factors;⑵ Research on pre-intervention of diabetes.The representative keywords in this field from 2016 to 2023 were"lifestyle""clinical observation""community intervention""abnormal glucose metabolism""phlegm dampness constitution""aerobic exercise""Internet""chronic disease management",etc.Conclusion:In recent years,the number of researches in the field of prediabetes health management in our country has shown a downward trend.Research hotspots focus on TCM health management,exploration of influencing factors,drug and exercise intervention,research on sugar metabolism factors,and intelligent health management of prediabetes.关键词
