乌司他丁联合抗生素治疗对老年重症肺炎患者呼吸道纤毛清除功能的影响
Effect of ulinastatin combined with antibiotics on respiratory cilia clearance in elderly patients with severe pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ulinastatin combined with antibiotics on respiratory cilia clearance function in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in Kaifeng People's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were included.According to the random number table method,the 102 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with ulinastatin combined with antibiotics.The treatment courses for both groups were 14 days.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,including the differences in respiratory tract cilia clearance function[Mucociliary clearance rate(MCCR),Sputum viscosity,Cilia swing frequency(CBF)],inflammatory factors[Interleukin-6(IL-6),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and 14 days after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,MCCR and CBF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while sputum viscosity was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,serum IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with antibiotics can effectively improve the cilia clearance function of the respiratory tract in elderly patients with severe pneumonia,reduce inflammatory response,and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
