CT成像中金属伪影产生机制及校正方法的研究进展
The research progress on the mechanism and correction methods of metal artifacts in CT imaging

Abstract
Metal implants are increasingly used in clinical applications across various systems of the body,significantly improving patients'quality of life and disease outcomes.However,due to effects such as beam hardening and photon starvation,metal implants can produce metal artifacts in CT images,severely compromising diagnostic and evaluative imaging.With the rapid advancement of CT imaging technology and computer science,the mainstream metal artifact reduction techniques currently include:adjusting scanning and reconstruction parameters,metal artifact reduction(MAR),different image reconstruction algorithms(filtered back projection,model-based iterative reconstruction,etc.)and CT virtual monoenergetic imaging(VMI).As a crucial post-processing technique for reducing metal artifacts,MAR algorithms primarily work by identifying and correcting data in artifact-affected regions to effectively mitigate metal artifacts.Nevertheless,the efficacy of MAR algorithms is influenced by various factors,including the examined anatomical region,the type of MAR algorithm,the material and shape of the metal implant,and the scanning equipment.This review summarizes the causes of CT metal artifacts and the application and research progress of current mainstream MAR algorithms in different clinical scenarios,aiming to provide references for clinical practice and promote more precise imaging evaluation.关键词
