局部氧疗联合多种药物湿敷治疗药物外渗损伤的效果观察
The effect of local oxygen therapy combined with multi-drug wet compress in the treatment of drug extravasation injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of local oxygen therapy combined with magnesium sulfate+dexamethasone+50%GS+vitamin B12 wet compress in the treatment of drug extravasation injury.Methods:A total of 60 patients with drug extravasation from May 2023 to March 2025 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.Control group was treated with magnesium sulfate+dexamethasone+50%GS+vitamin B12 wet compress,observation group was treated with local oxygen therapy combined with magnesium sulfate+dexamethasone+50%GS+vitamin B12 wet compress,both groups were treated for one week.The therapeutic effect and cure time between the two groups were compared.Results:The pain scores of the observation group at 12 and 24 hours post-treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The cure time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Local oxygen therapy combined with magnesium sulfate+dexamethasone+50%GS+vitamin B12 wet compress for drug extravasation can quickly reduce swelling and relieve pain,shorten healing time,and effectively improve clinical treatment outcomes.关键词
