藻酸盐敷料在肛周脓肿术后患者中的临床护理应用
Clinical observation and nursing of alginate dressings in postoperative patients with perianal abscesses

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of alginate dressing applied in postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods:Eighty-four cases of perianal abscess surgery patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine care combined with petroleum jelly gauze dressing change;the experimental group received alginate dressing change based on the same routine care.The time for the redness and swelling of the wound margin to fade,the time for the wound to be free of ooze and seepage,the time for the pain to be relieved,the time for the wound to heal,the incidence of anal fistula,and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to resolution of wound edge redness/swelling,cessation of wound exudate drainage,pain relief,and wound healing in the experimental group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the incidence of anal fistula in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);the quality of life dimension scores in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of alginate dressing in postoperative perianal abscess patients can promote earlier wound healing,rapidly relieve pain,reduce the incidence of anal fistula,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
