摘要
Abstract
Intertransverse process block(ITPB)guided by ultrasound is a type of paraspinal nerve block technique.Its core operation is to inject local anesthetics into the intertransverse tissue complex behind the rib transverse process ligament under real-time ultrasound guidance.Due to its simple operation,safety and effectiveness,and few complications,it has attracted attention and is considered the most promising alternative to paraspinal nerve block.At present,the application of ultrasound-guided ITPB in clinical practice is increasing,especially in thoracic,breast and other surgeries,showing significant analgesic effects and helping patients recover quickly after surgery.This article reviews the anatomical basis of ITPB,the operation methods and drug selection of ultrasound-guided ITPB,perioperative clinical applications,and potential complications based on recent domestic and foreign research literature,in order to provide a reference for the safe and effective application of this technology in clinical practice.关键词
