木薯块根膨大后期低温对不同层次叶片叶绿素荧光参数的影响
Effect of Low Temperature on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Leaves at Differ-ent Layers during the Late Stage of Cassava Root Tuber Expansion in the Northward Mi-gration Area

Abstract
[Objective]As the world's sixth largest food crop,cassava is an important food source in the world,and low temperature is one of the important factors affecting its growth and de-velopment.This study aimed to clarify the effects of low temperature on the chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters of leaves during the late stage of cassava root tuber expansion in the northward mi-gration area.[Method]Using cassava varieties(strains)SC8,GC49,NZ199 and GC2 as experi-mental materials,the maximum quantum yield(Fv/Fm),quantum yield of non-regulated energy dis-sipation[Y(NO)],actual photosynthetic quantum yield[Y(II)]and photosynthetic electron trans-fer rate(ETR)of cassava leaves at different layers were measured at the 80th,90th,110th and 130th days of cassava root expansion respectively,and the characteristics of leaf chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters in different varieties and different layers were analyzed.[Result]There were cer-tain differences in Fv/Fm,Y(II),ETR,NPQ,and Y(NO)of different cassava varieties.Fv/Fm was higher at the 80th,90th,and 110th days but decreased on the 130th day of the tuber expansion stage.As the growth of cassava progressed,leaf Y(II),ETR,and Y(NPQ)gradually decreased,while leaf Y(NO)gradually increased.At the 130th day of the tuber expansion stage,the field tem-perature was low and the photosynthetic capacity of the leaves significantly decreased.The Y(II)and ETR of the middle leaves were higher at the 80th and 90th days while the Y(II)and ETR of the upper leaves were higher at the 110th and 130th days of the tuber expansion stage.[Conclusion]With the advancement of the growth and the decrease of temperature,the photosynthetic capacity of cassava leaves gradually decreased,the light protection ability decreased,and the degree of light damage increased.Under the condition of gradually decreasing temperature during the later stage of expansion,the photosynthetic capacity of the leaves of four cassava varieties significantly de-creased,but there were significant differences in photosynthetic capacity in different varieties.The variety GC2 showed stronger photosynthetic capacity and the leaves were more intact,while SC8 showed weaker photosynthetic capacity and the middle and lower leaves fell off.关键词
