不同种植密度对3个棉花品种的农艺性状、SPAD值及干物质积累与分配的影响
Effects of Different Planting Densities on Ag-ronomic Traits,SPAD Values,and Dry Mat-ter Accumulation and Distribution in Three Cotton Varieties

Abstract
[Objective]Cotton is an important cash crop,and its yield and quality are directly linked to the vitality of the industry economy.Planting density is a key factor affecting cotton yield and quality.This study aimed to explore the effects of different planting densities on the growth,de-velopment,and dry matter accumulation and distribution in different cotton varieties,thereby pro-viding a reference for high-yield and efficient cotton cultivation in Hunan Province.[Method]Three cotton varieties,XiangX1251(T1),XiangK645(T2),and Zhongmiansuo 65(T3)were used as experimental materials,three planting densities of 30 000 plants/hm2(D1),52 500 plants/hm2(D2),and 75 000 plants/hm2(D3)were set,and random block experiments were conducted to study the agronomic traits in cotton with different treatments,including plant height,first fruit branch node height,average node stem length,number of fruit branches,leaf SPAD values from bud stage to boll opening stage,as well as the dry matter accumulation and distribution ratio in ma-ture stems,leaves,and bolls.[Result]Under the low-density treatment of 30 000 plants/hm2(D1),XiangX1251(T1)had the highest plant height(118.8 cm),the highest initial node height value of the first fruit branch(24.70 cm),and the lowest dry matter accumulation in leaves and the entire plant;XiangK645(T2)had the longest average stem length(7.30 cm),the highest dry matter ac-cumulation in cotton bolls and whole plant,and the highest cotton boll allocation ratio(48.50%),the highest SPAD values during the seedling and flowering stages;the dry matter accumulation in stems and leaves of Zhongmiansuo 65(T3)were the highest,the dry matter mass in cotton bolls was the lowest(134.16 g/plant),and the cotton bolls distribution ratio was the lowest(32.27%),the SPAD value during the bud stage was the highest(43.9).Under the medium density treatment of 52 500 plants/hm2(D2),the height of the first fruit branch node in XiangX1251(T1)was the high-est(24.60 cm),the dry matter mass in cotton bolls and whole plant were the highest,and the pro-portion of cotton bolls was the highest(42.82%),the SPAD value during the bud stage was the highest(42.7);XiangK645(T2)had the highest number of fruit branches(15.30),leaf dry matter mass(113.38 g/plant),and SPAD values during the seedling stage;Zhongmiansuo 65(T3)had the highest plant height(123.70 cm),the longest average node stem length(7.80 cm),and the lowest dry weight in leaves,cotton bolls and whole plant,and the highest SPAD value during the flower-ing and boll stage(43.0).Under high-density treatment of 75 000 plants/hm2(D3),XiangX1251(T1)had the longest average stem length(8.70 cm),the highest leaf dry matter mass(67.41 g/plant),the lowest cotton boll dry matter mass(98.23 g/plant),the smallest cotton boll distribution ratio(39.12%),and the highest SPAD value during the bud and flowering stages;XiangK645(T2)had the highest number of fruit branches(14.70),the shortest average node stem length(6.20 cm),the lowest stem,leaf,and whole plant dry matter mass,the highest proportion of cotton bolls(43.67%),and the highest SPAD value during the opening period(43.1);and Zhongmiansuo 65(T3)had the highest plant height(116.50 cm),the highest height of the first fruit branch node(25.40 cm),the highest dry matter mass in stem,cotton bolls,and whole plant,and the highest SPAD value during the seedling stage(37.5 cm).[Conclusion]Based on a comprehensive evalua-tion of various indicators,it is recommended the densities of 30 000 to 52 500 plants/hm2 be suit-able to XiangX1251 and XiangK645,and the density of 75,000 plants/hm2 be suitable to Zhongmi-ansuo 65 in Pingjiang County,Hunan Province.关键词
