胄甲海绵共附生放线菌Streptomyces albidoflavus LHW3101次级代谢产物及其抑菌活性研究
Study on the Secondary Metabolites of the Dactylospongia elegans-Associated Actinomycete Streptomyces albidoflavus LHW3101 and their Antibacterial Activities

Abstract
[Objective]To study the secondary metabolitesof actinomycete Streptomyces albidoflavus LHW3101 as-sociated with Dactylospongia elegans and their antibacterial activities.[Methods]The compounds in the fermentation products of Streptomyces albidoflavus LHW3101 were isolated and purified by gel column chromatography,high-perfor-mance liquid chromatography,and other techniques.The structures of these compounds were determined through NMR,HRMS/MS,Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking(GNPS)database,and literature comparison.The an-tibacterial activities of the compounds were evaluated by the broth microdilution method.[Results]A total of 10 mono-meric compounds were isolated and identified,namely Surugamide B~E(1~4),cyclo-(L-Val-L-Ile)(5),cyclo-(L-Val-L-Leu)(6),cyclo-(L-Ile-L-Met)(7),cyclo-(L-Leu-L-Met)(8),cyclo-(L-Trp-D-Val)(9),and N-phenethyl-acetamide(10).The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of compounds 1~4 against Staphylococcus aureus were 16.0 μg/ml,32.0 μg/ml,32.0 μg/ml,and 64.0 μg/ml,respectively.[Conclusion]The secondary metabolites of Streptomyces albidoflavus LHW3101 associated with Dactylospongia elegans contain various cyclic peptide compounds,and Compound 1~4 exhibit moderate inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus.关键词
