Potential mechanisms and research advances of G protein-coupled receptor 124 in periodontal cellular senescence
摘要
Abstract
G protein-coupled receptor 124 is an important member of the adhesion G protein-coupled receptor family.Peri-odontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease whose pathological mechanism stems from the multi-dimensional dynamic imbalance be-tween the microbial community and the host immune response system.Cellular senescence is characterized by cell cycle arrest,which may lead to tissue dysfunction when senescent cells persist and accumulate.There is a close relationship between cellular se-nescence and chronic inflammation,which is mainly realized through a senescence-associated secretory phenotype-mediated cas-cade of pro-inflammatory factors,forming a positive regulatory mechanism.This paper mainly reviews the potential mechanism of G protein-coupled receptor 124 in the process of periodontal cellular senescence,in order to provide a solid scientific basis and inno-vative ideas for regulating the inflammatory micro-environment of periodontal tissue.关键词
