带滚珠扶正器连续油管水平井极限下入深度研究
Research on Maximum Running Depth of Coiled Tubing with Ball Centralizer in Horizontal Wells

Abstract
To increase the running depth of coiled tubing,the calculation of the ultimate running depth in horizontal wells considering the influence of ball centralizer was carried out.A mechanical model of coiled tubing considering the effect of ball centralizer was established.By using the equivalent friction coefficient method of ball centralizer,the equivalent friction coefficients under different working conditions were calculated.The influence laws of different working conditions and drilling pressure on the frictional force,axial force and ultimate depth of coiled tubing were analyzed.The results show that the drilling capacity of coiled tubing is improved after considering the ball centralizer.When the working fluid is slick water and no drilling pressure is applied,the bottom hole frictional resistance is reduced by 4.9%and the axial force at the wellhead during the running process increases by 2.1%after considering the ball centralizer.Under the same conditions,the ultimate running depth of coiled tubing increases with the decrease of drilling pressure.When the working fluid is slick water and the ball centralizer is considered,the running depth increases by 8.4%as the drilling pressure decreases from 20 kN to 5 kN.The established mechanical model of the coiled tubing under the influence of the ball centralizer and the corresponding research results can provide a theoretical basis for increasing the downhole depth of the ultra-long horizontal section coiled tubing.关键词
