摘要

Abstract

To address the issue of surface crackinduced by failure of S13Cr tubing in deep and ultra-deep wells under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions,a safety assessment study was conducted based on the Failure Assessment Diagram(FAD).Mechanical parameters and thermal expansion coefficients of S13Cr at 40℃,80℃,120℃,and 160℃were obtained through uniaxial tensile and thermal expansion tests,and the constitutive parameters of S13Cr were derived.A three-dimensional finite element model of Φ88.9 mm S13Cr tubing was established to calculate the stress intensity factor and plastic limit load of circumferential cracks.The failure assessment curve was determined based on the R6 Code,and the safety assessment was completed using the fracture ratio(Kr)and load ratio(Lr).The results show that under the working conditions of an 800 kN axial tensile force and a 30 MPa pressure difference,the assessment points of S13Cr tubing with crack depths ratio(a/t)of 0.3~0.7 and crack shape ratios(a/c)of 0.8~1.2 all lie within the safe zone of the FAD.
