摘要

Abstract

To study the influence of wax deposition on oil flow in shale oil wellbore,a numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the coupling between fluid and solid physical fields.The influence of different wax morphology and wax thickness on fluid flow pattern and velocity in shale oil wellbore are analyzed.Results showed that far away from the wax deposition area,the crude oil still flowed slowly,the streamlines were parallel to each other,and the streamline velocity of the annular flow section was axisymmetrically distributed.In the wax deposition area,the flow pattern and velocity were greatly disturbed,and the flow of crude oil to the un-waxed side was enhanced,and the peak flow velocity appeared in this area.When the wax deposition section was 1/2 fan ring and wax deposition thickness increases from 2 mm to 6 mm,the fluid was advection,the flow rate increased from 0.142 m/s to 0.183 m/s,and the disturbance length of the wax deposition area increased.When the wax deposition thickness was reduced from 2 mm and the wax deposition morphology was reduced from 1/2 fan ring to 1/5 fan ring,the fluid was advection flow,the flow rate was reduced from 0.142 m/s to 0.131 m/s,and the disturbance length of the wax deposition area was reduced.
