Analysis of research hotspot and development trend of soil nematode ecology in China
摘要
Abstract
To fully reveal the research progress in soil nematode ecology in China,this study,based on the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,systematically sorted out the research dynamics and knowledge framework of soil nematode ecology in China from 2001 to 2022 by using the knowledge graph visualization method,and identified the research hotspots and development trends in this field.The results showed that the number of research achievements in soil nematode ecology in China presented an increasing trend,with a significant growth momentum after 2019.International cooperation in research within this field was relatively extensive,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Nanjing Agricultural University were the main research institutions.The research themes mainly included the structural characteristics and influencing factors of soil nematode communities,ecological functions,and analytical methods.Among these,the relationship between soil nematode communities and soil food webs was the core hotspot of current research,and high-throughput sequencing technology had been widely applied in recent years.Based on this,future research could focus on the monitoring of soil nematode communities at large spatial scales,the interactions between soil nematodes and other organisms,and their role in the"aboveground-belowground"ecological processes.关键词
