高盐稀土废水低碳资源化处置技术回收工艺研究
Research on Low-Carbon resource recovery technology for the treatment of high-salt rare earth wastewater

Abstract
High-salt rare earth wastewater generated during the rare earth smelting and separation process poses a serious threat to the environment.In this study,an efficient purification-salt drying process utilizing solar energy and wind energy was adopted to achieve the green and low-carbon treatment of such high-concentration salt-containing wastewater.The results showed that after standing for 12 hours and undergoing physical oil removal:when the ratio of aluminum salt to organic phase A was 3∶1,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the wastewater could be reduced from 350 mg/L(raw water)to 55 mg/L;when the chelating agent dosage was 5 mL/L,most heavy metal ions in the wastewater could be removed,which provided a good prerequisite for subsequent evaporation and crystallization.Studies on the natural evaporation process showed that the slow evaporation crystallization method was conducive to improving the quality of the final product,and the produced crystalline salt met the relevant national standards.This process helped realize zero discharge of the treated high-salt rare earth wastewater.The results provided a new solution with high efficiency,energy saving,low carbon,zero discharge and low cost for the treatment of high-salt rare earth wastewater from rare earth extraction.关键词
