聚酰亚胺纳米纤维膜制备及形状记忆性能研究

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the shape memory recovery rate of aromatic polyimide(PI)film materials used in some sensors in aerospace applications is too slow,the shape memory PI nanofiber membranes was prepared by electrospinning technology and its molecular structure,thermal stability,microscopic morphology,condensed matter structure and shape memory properties were studied in this paper.The results show that compared with the PI flow films,the PI nanofiber film has better thermal stability,higher glass transition temperature and faster shape memory recovery performance,which is mainly due to the electrospinning process promoting the orientation of the PI molecular chains.In this paper,a simpler and easy-to-prepare method for large-scale preparation of shape memory PI is proposed,and the shape memory recovery time is only 1.2 s,which makes shape memory PI have a wider application prospect.关键词
