Research on Impact of Longitudinal Arresting of Airborne Stores Launch Transmission Mechanism

Abstract
During carrier landing,the aircraft's external stores system is subjected to significant longitudinal arresting impact,which frequently causes false activation of the launch transmission mechanism.The dynamic characteristics of airborne store launch transmission mechanisms under longitudinal arrested landing impact are unclear,the design of airborne stores can't be improved effectively,and the airborne may not meet the requirements for the shipboard use.In response to the above questions,a nonlinear dynamics analysis method was employed to study the impact response patterns generated under the conditions of longitudinal arresting impact.Using the collision load between the missile and launcher as input,the dynamic characteristics of the launch transmission mechanism were calculated and analyzed.The trend of the impact force on the movement of the transmission mechanism was investigated,and the factors affecting malfunctions under severe longitudinal shock loads such as landing were analyzed.The results indicate that the gaps between the missile,launcher,and main components of the transmission mechanism significantly influence the vertical movement of the transmission system's separation structure.This research can provide a reference for the design of airborne store launch transmission systems.关键词
