胃食管反流病诊断方法的应用与选择
Application and Selection of Diagnostic Methods of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
摘要
Abstract
By systematically reviewing the domestic and international literature in recent years,the latest re-search progress on the clinical manifestations,epidemiological characteristics,diagnostic methods,and clinical diagnostic strategies of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)are summarized.By combination with the core viewpoint of Lyon Consensus 2.0 and based on the characteristics of medical practice in China,the combination application strategy of various diagnostic technologies is further explored and optimized.The results show that the current diagnostic methods of GERD mainly include clinical diagnostic tests,esophageal reflux monitoring,esophageal manometry,gastroscopy,X-ray barium meal,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,etc..Each method has its unique clinical advantages and limitations.Due to the significant heterogeneity of clinical manifestations in GERD patients,differentiated examination plans will be selected based on individual characteristics.关键词
