Abstract
Seagrasses,an exclusive class of angiosperms submerged in marine environments,form seagrass beds that exhibit remarkable biodiversity and possess substantial ecological service value.Seagrasses,along with their associated microbial communities,establish intricate symbiotic entities that play a crucial role in nutrient cycling and contribute to the robust development and sustained productivity of seagrasses.This review provides a compre-hensive summary of the diversity characteristics of seagrass microbiomes across various tissues,elucidates the mechanisms by which seagrass metabolic products regulate the microbial community structure,and analyzes how environmental factors reshape these microbial communities.In addition,this review explores the potential role and impact of seagrass symbiosis on nitrogen and phosphorus cycling,sulfide detoxification,disease defense,and the regulation of plant hormone secretion.This study provides scientific evidence for the conservation and restoration of seagrass beds and an understanding of their importance in mitigating climate change and enhancing marine eco-system services.关键词
