基于模板的rRNA二级结构可视化方法
Template-based visualizing method for rRNA secondary structure
摘要
Abstract
To address the challenge of generating standard 2D diagrams for ribosomal RNA secondary structures and the difficulty of directly performing sequence comparisons with the generated visualizations,a template-based rRNA splitting and drawing(RNA-SD)visualization method was proposed.By creating standard templates and splitting the entire sequence based on the characteristics of rRNA secondary structures,it was further mapped onto the standard template.This approach could not only generate high-quality rRNA secondary structure visualizations suitable for publication but also allow the extraction of any substructures for sequence comparison and statistical analysis.Experimental validation using over 1.4×104 metazoan mitochondrial genomes shows the feasibility and scalability of the proposed method.Compared to existing methods,the proposed method effectively categorizes and visualizes rRNA structures,supports sub-structure sequence comparison,and offers a powerful tool for large-scale rRNA comparative studies.关键词
