摘要

Abstract

In response to overcome limitations of traditional navigation and perception equipment,such as economic inefficiency,data redundancy,and vulnerability to environmental occlusion,novel and efficient collaborative positioning solutions predicated on communication sharing and data fusion were explored.First,global positioning technologies for vessels based on satellites and mobile network base stations,alongside local positioning schemes employing measurement and perception equipment,were analysed,and their technical characteristics under diverse operational conditions and navigational environments were comprehensively examined.Furthermore,the inherent developmental limitations,wherein existing positioning methods struggle to transcend the environmental information perception capabilities of individual vessels,were delineated.Then,by scrutinizing the current developmental status of maritime network communication technology,the technical feasibility of constructing a networked collaborative positioning platform for multi-vessel data fusion and sharing,through an integrated communication,perception,and computing network,was investigated.Finally,a networked positioning platform architecture for intelligent vessels,oriented towards communication-perception-computing(CPC)fusion,was proposed.This architecture relied on vessel network data and computational resources to facilitate the aggregation and real-time processing of multi-vessel global positioning results and local measurement perception data,and,via a cloud platform,to provide low-cost,high-precision networked positioning information services to multiple vessels within a regional scenario.
