船舶电液操舵装置液压冲击载荷特性研究
Research on characteristics of hydraulic shock load of ship electro-hydrostatic steering gear

Abstract
To fully explore the characteristics of the hydraulic shock load during the steering process,numerical analysis of the hydraulic shock load under different steering conditions was carried out.First,the rudder shaft hydrodynamic torque of an underwater vehicle under different steering conditions was simulated by using computational fluid dynamics method based on viscous flow theory.Then,taking the rudder shaft torque as input,the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the steering gear were carried out to obtain the external load of the hydraulic system during steering.Finally,based on the mathematical model of electro-hydrostatic steering actuator,the hydraulic shock load of steering gear was obtained,and the influence of parameters such as speed,maximum rudder angle,steering angular velocity and steering angular acceleration on hydraulic shock load was analyzed.Results show that the hydraulic shock load mainly appears in the stage of starting,stopping and reversing during steering,and the amplitude of the hydraulic shock load appears in the stage of reversing.In contrast,the steering angular velocity has the greatest influence on the hydraulic shock load.The influence of speed and maximum rudder angle on hydraulic shock load is second,and the influence of steering angular acceleration on hydraulic shock load is the least among the four influencing factors.关键词
