基于计算流体力学的螺旋桨空泡斗数值模拟分析
Numerical simulation analysis of propeller cavitation bucket based on CFD

Abstract
First,based on the experimental data of Potsdam Propeller Test Case(PPTC)propeller cavitation bucket in SVA(Potsdam Tank,Germany),a set of calculation and setting methods for propeller cavitation bucket was established through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation,and the optimal resolution of radial grid of vortex core at cavitation inception was explored.By establishing a separate cavitation inception region,independent monitoring and accurate capture of a single type of cavitation inception were achieved.Then,using the Schnerr-Sauer cavitation model,multiphase flow calculations were conducted on the cavitation inception by the Euler cavitation simulation method,and the full wet flow calculation method was used for comparison calculation.Finally,according to the PPTC propeller simulation calculation settings and calculation methods,the DTMB4381 propeller was simulated and calculated.Compared with the 4381 propeller experimental data,the maximum error rate of the calculation results is about 8.2%,it is shown that the calculation results basically cover the range of cavitation bucket experimental values,and the trend is basically consistent with the experimental data,verifying the accuracy and applicability of simulation calculation methods and calculation settings.关键词
