ZnSO4强化K2FeO4去除油污的效能和机制探析
Study on efficiency and mechanism of removing oil pollution using ZnSO4 enhanced K2FeO4

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that oil pollution in water contained a significant quantity of harmful substances,making it difficult to remove quickly and effectively,diesel and engine oil in water were targeted as the primary pollutants,and the removal efficiencies of four catalysts,namly ZnSO4,FeSO4,CuS,and Cu2S,both individually and in combination with K2FeO4 were compared.Results show that ZnSO4 is the most effective catalyst.The optimal dosage ratio of catalysts and K2FeO4 was investigated,and the reaction kinetics were analyzed using two nonlinear models.Results show that the best removal efficiencies for diesel and engine oil in wastewater are achieved with ZnSO4 to K2FeO4 dosage ratios of 0.5∶1.00 and 1.0∶1.0,with the removal rates of 73.60%and 64.45%,respectively.The reaction is better described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The ZnSO4-K2FeO4 coupled system achieves removal rates of 92.3%and 87.8%at a reaction temperature of 35℃ and an initial pH value of 3.Electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)analysis of the two systems detected a significant addition of sulfate radicals to the hydroxyl radicals for pollutant degradation.Results show that Fe(IV)and Fe(V)play a significant role in the removal of oil pollution.关键词
