基于数据挖掘贾跃进调治不寐膏方的用药规律
JIA Yuejin's Medication Patterns of Ointment Prescriptions for Regulation and Treatment of Insomnia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication patterns of Professor JIA Yuejin,a renowned veteran traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician,in his ointment prescriptions for the treatment of insomnia,and to explore his academic thinking to guide the clinical application of ointment formulations.Methods Ointment prescriptions formulated by Professor JIA from January 2020 to September 2024 were collected from the pharmacy and electronic medical records of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Data mining methods using R language(v4.3.2)were applied to analyze the gender,age,TCM syndrome types,frequency of drug use,properties and flavors,meridian tropism,and core prescriptions of insomnia patients.Results A total of 112 ointment prescriptions for the treatment of insomnia were screened.The ten most frequently used Chinese medicines were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Albiziae Cortex,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Polygalae Radix,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Cyperi Rhizoma,Poria,Hordei Fructus Germinatus,Bupleuri Radix,and Codonopsis Radix.Among these,most medicines were neutral in the four qi,mainly sweet in flavor,and primarily acted on the spleen meridian,followed by the liver,lung,heart,kidney,and stomach meridians.Three potential new prescriptions were identified through data mining.Conclusion Professor JIA Yuejin's ointment prescriptions for treating insomnia follow the basic principles of sweetness,blandness,and balanced tonification,with bidirectional regulation and equilibrium as the therapeutic aim.The medication is characterized by a combined approach of regulating qi and tonifying deficiency,with strengthening the spleen and soothing the liver as the key treatment strategy,and harmonizing qi and blood as the ultimate goal.关键词
