时昭红教授运用"辛润通络"法分期论治胃癌前病变经验
Professor SHI Zhaohong's Experience in the Differentiation and Treatment by Stages of Gastric Precancerous Lesions by"Pungent-Moistening Method for Dredging the Collaterals"

Abstract
Gastric precancerous lesions are pathological histological changes of the gastric mucosa that are prone to progress into gastric cancer,and there is currently no universally accepted treatment regimen.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers unique advantages in the treatment of this condition.Y Gui proposed that"prolonged illness inevitably leads to blood stasis"and"prolonged illness enters the collaterals",and established the therapeutic principle of"pungent-moistening method for dredging the collaterals"for treating collateral diseases.Based on the pathogenesis of blood stasis in this condition,Professor SHI Zhaohong further developed YE Gui's"pungent-moistening method for dredging the collaterals",formulating a stage-based differentiation and treatment strategy.In the early stage,pungent-moistening method for dredging the collaterals focuses on promoting qi circulation and resolving stasis;in the middle stage,on promoting body fluids and resolving stasis;and in the late stage,on resolving accumulations and nourishing healthy qi.His approach embodies unique clinical experience and has achieved notable therapeutic effects in practice.关键词
