云南戴氏流派运用炮姜甘草汤治疗脾虚肺燥型久咳经验
Experience of Yunnan Dai School in Treating Chronic Cough Due to Spleen Deficiency and Lung Dryness with Paojiang Gancao Decoction

Abstract
Paojiang Gancao Decoction,an original prescription of the Yunnan Dai school,is composed of Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Asparagi Radix,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,and Mel.This formula treats both the lung and spleen,addressing both the root cause and symptoms.It moistens the lung and dries dampness in the spleen,with effects of reinforcing yang,suppressing yin,and relieving cough by descending qi.It serves as a foundational formula for chronic cough due to spleen deficiency and lung dryness,and has a complementary effect on lung and stomach yin deficiency,as well as spleen and stomach qi deficiency.It is widely applied clinically with modifications and shows excellent therapeutic effects.This paper summarizes the experience of the Dai school in using Paojiang Gancao Decoction for the reference by fellow practitioners.关键词
