基于"痞坚之处,必有伏阳"论治非感染性骨折术后发热探析

摘要
Abstract
Postoperative fever in non-infectious fractures is a common postoperative complication.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has advantages in the treatment of this condition,while the treatment effect does not meet expectations in some cases despite the matching with pathogenesis.After reviewing the related literature and summarizing the results from a clinical trial,we propose that the pathogenesis of postoperative fever in non-infectious fractures is closely related to the principle of"where there is mass hardness,there must be latent yang.According to this principle,we prescribe medications based on syndrome differentiation,achieving certain therapeutic effects.This provides a new approach for the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative fever in non-infectious fractures in clinical practice.关键词
