从"阴火"理论治疗口疮经验探析
Experience of Treating Oral Ulcers Based on the"Yin Fire"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Oral ulcer is a common clinical disease,which is difficult to heal and painful.As the core content of Li Dongyuan's academic thought,Yin Fire Theory has profound and extensive clinical guidance value.Through the study of"Yin Fire Theory",it is found that oral ulcer and Yin Fire have commonalities in etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms and treatment principles,and are closely related.The author believes that oral ulcer is always a symptom of deficiency in the root and excess in the superficial,and deficiency and excess are mixed.Spleen and stomach qi deficiency and Yin Fire are the core pathogenesis of the disease.In clinical practice,oral ulcer is diagnosed and treated based on"Yin Fire Theory",and both the root and the superficial are taken into consideration in treatment.The clinical experience is analyzed in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of oral ulcers with traditional Chinese medicine and guide clinical practice.关键词
