手指操联合穴位按摩在化疗致周围神经病变患者中的应用研究
Application of Finger Exercises Combined with Acupoint Massage in Patients with Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of finger exercises combined with acupoint massage in patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN).Methods A total of 60 CIPN patients who received chemotherapy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional training intervention,while the intervention group was treated with finger exercises combined with acupoint massage based on the control group.The symptom relief,exercise self-efficacy,and grip strength levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy assessment tool(CIPNAT)in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the score of the Exercise Self-efficacy Scale(EX-SRES)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the grip strength level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Finger exercises combined with acupoint massage can alleviate the symptoms of CIPN patients,reduce the impact on daily life,enhance exercise self-efficacy and improve grip strength.关键词
