Application value of problem-oriented stress and adaptation nursing in robot-assisted gastrointestinal surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of problem-oriented stress and adaptation nursing in robot-assisted gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 122 patients who underwent robot-assisted gastrointestinal surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from October 2023 to June 2024.Patients were divided into the control group(n=60,receiving conventional nursing care)and the observation group(n=62,receiving problem-oriented stress and adaptation nursing)based on intervention method.Perioperative indicators,psychological resilience,self-care ability,quality of life,and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had shorter operative time,less intraoperative blood loss,earlier recovery of bowel sounds,earlier first anal flatus,earlier first bowel movement,and shorter length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores on the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and the quality of life index(QL-index),were increased in the two groups,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group showed a lower overall complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Problem-oriented stress and adaptation nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery in patients undergoing robot-assisted gastrointestinal surgery,enhance their psychological resilience,self-care capacity,and quality of life,while reducing the risk of complications.关键词
