智慧医疗框架下家属参与健康教育模式对股骨颈骨折老年患者术后功能康复的影响
Effect of family-involved health education model under smart healthcare framework on postoperative functional recovery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of family-involved health education model under the smart healthcare framework on postoperative functional recovery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:122 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from July 2021 to December 2023 were selected.All patients were divided into the control group(n=61,received routine health education)and the observation group(n=61,received family-involved health education under the smart healthcare framework)using the random number table method.The rehabilitation compliance,family health education awareness,joint function,hip range of motion(ROM),pain level,and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of the observation group at 3 months postoperatively was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The family health education awareness score of the observation group at 3 months postoperatively was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before surgery,both groups showed increased Harris hip score and Charnley hip function score at 3 months postoperatively(P<0.05),with significantly higher scores in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before surgery,both groups showed increased ROM in flexion,external rotation,internal rotation,adduction,and abduction at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the observation group showed significantly higher hip ROM than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before surgery,both groups showed decreased numerical rating scale(NRS)scores at 7 days,14 days,and 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).Moreover,NRS scores at all postoperative timepoints in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family-involved health education model under the smart healthcare framework has significant efficacy in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.It can effectively improve postoperative joint function,enhance rehabilitation compliance,alleviate postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
