机器人辅助高血压脑出血手术的定位精度及临床价值研究
Positioning accuracy and clinical value of robot-assisted surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the advantages of positioning accuracy and clinical value of robot-assisted surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)by comparing its differences with traditional stereotactic frame surgery.Methods:68 HICH patients treated at the People's Hospital of Rugao from June 2023 to July 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=33,receiving robot-assisted surgery)and the control group(n=35,receiving stereotactic frame surgery).The positioning accuracy,surgical efficiency,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,levels of CRP and IL-6,incidence of complications,postoperative recovery,and medical resource consumption were compared between the two groups.Results:The positioning error,intraoperative fluoroscopy times,puncture path adjustment rate,and operative time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of deep small hematoma and the hematoma clearance rate at 24 h after surgery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score,NIHSS score,CRP level,IL-6 level,and incidence of complication at 7 days after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter times of catheter drainage,cerebrospinal fluid recovery,and length of hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05),but significantly higher medical costs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Robot-assisted surgery for HICH has excellent positioning accuracy,which can significantly improve surgical outcomes,reduce complication risks,promote neurological functional recovery,and shorten length of hospital stay.Although the current cost of robot-assisted surgery for HICH is relatively high,its advantages in improving patient prognosis and reducing long-term care costs are evident,indicating high clinical value and potential for promotion.关键词
