桂滇黔交界地区幽门螺杆菌感染病人中医偏颇体质相关性分析
Correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in patients infected with helicobacter pylori in the border regions of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in the border regions of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou.Methods:A total of 469 patients with Hp infection were evaluated by general data questionnaire and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Scale,and the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in Hp infection patients were analyzed by cross-sectional investigation,and the factors that might affect physical fitness were analyzed by multi-factor regression.Results:The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in Hp patients was yang-deficient constitution(25.26%)>damp-heat constitution(19.05%)>qi-deficient constitution(16.98%)>phlegm-dampness constitution(14.28%)>stagnant qi constitution(9.32%)>yin-deficient constitution(8.70%)>stagnant blood constitution(4.55%)>inherited special constitution(1.86%).Yang-deficient constitution,qi-deficient constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,stagnant qi constitution,stagnant blood constitution and inherited special constitution were higher in women than in men,and damp-heat constitution and yin-deficient constitution were higher in men than in women.There were statistical differences in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in Hp infected patients of different genders(P<0.05).Yang-deficient constitution was the main traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution of Hp infection,followed by damp-heat constitution,in which gender,drinking,peace,well water,mineral water were independent factors of yang-deficient constitution,staying up all night,drinking,mineral water,meat and fish were independent factors of Damp-heat Constitution.Conclusion:Yang-deficient constitution and damp-heat constitution are the common types of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in Hp infection patients in the border regions of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou.It can help to reduce Hp infection rate and provide reference for disease prevention by conditioning from biased constitution and taking targeted prevention and intervention.关键词
