基于CIPP模型的综合医院护士老年护理在职培训质量评价体系的构建
Construction of the quality evaluation system for in-service training of geriatric nursing for nurses in general hospitals based on the CIPP model

Abstract
Objective:To establish a quality evaluation system for in-service training of geriatric nursing for nurses in general hospitals and improve the quality of geriatric nursing.Methods:A research team was formed based on the CIPP model.Through literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert consultation,and analytic hierarchy process,the content of the quality evaluation system and the weight of each indicator were determined.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate for two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.913.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.233～0.427 and 0.233～0.328(P<0.001).Ultimately,a quality evaluation system for in-service training in geriatric nursing at general hospitals was constructed,consisting of 4 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators,and 59 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation system established by this study is scientific,reliable,and practical,aiming to provide a unified standard for comprehensive and efficient quality evaluation of in-service training in geriatric nursing at general hospitals.关键词
