Abstract
Objective:To develop a test of Exercise Rehabilitation Behavior Questionnaire for middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the health belief model and the theory of planned behavior integrated model,the initial draft of the questionnaire was formed through literature review,qualitative interviews,Delphi expert consultation,and a small sample pre-survey.A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a survey on 190 middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.The questionnaire was evaluated using item analysis,content validity,structural validity,internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability,and test-retest reliability.Results:The Exercise Rehabilitation Behavior Questionnaire for middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI included 6 dimensions and 30 items.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)of the questionnaire ranged from 0.93 to 1.00,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.99.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 6 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.168%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.884,the split-half reliability was 0.934,and the test-retest reliability was 0.776.The Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.807 to 0.956,and the test-retest reliability ranged from 0.743 to 0.948.Conclusion:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate the exercise rehabilitation behavior of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.关键词
