Two stage stiffness design and simulation verification of less-sheet taper leaf spring
摘要
Abstract
The stiffness design of less-sheet taper leaf spring is an important and fundamental work for the performance design of lightweight vehicle suspension.A combination of theoretical calculation,finite element simulation,and experimental testing was used to study the stiffness design of less-sheet taper leaf spring for a lightweight vehicle.The results indicate that theoretical cal-culations can efficiently complete the verification of suspension layout and preliminary stiffness analysis.The finite element meth-od can simulate detailed design features,contacts and friction.And the finite element simulation results have a high agreement with the experimental results.A verified simulation model based on stiffness test is helpful for further study on the comprehensive performance of structural strength.关键词
