Abstract
In order to explore the engineering applicability of steel slag asphalt mixture in municipal roads,the bottleneck of expansion inhibition of active components of steel slag and construction process adaptation was broken through.In this paper,the pressure hot quenching technology was used to deal with steel slag,and the optimal ratio of oil to stone(5.2%)was determined by Marshall test.The mixing temperature(195℃ for aggregate,165℃ for asphalt)and the compaction process(30%increase in the number of repressing)were optimized.The anti-skid,water infiltration,compaction degree and flatness were tested.The results show that the dynamic stability of the slag mixture is 9 200 times/mm,and the interfacial strength of the mixture can be enhanced by adding basalt fiber.The pavement seepage coefficient is lower than 34 mL/min,the average construction depth is 0.98 mm,the compaction degree is over 98%,and the dust emission concentration is reduced to 20 mg/m3.SMA-13 steel slag asphalt mixture can significantly improve the skid resistance and durability of pavement,and realize the synergistic benefits of solid waste recycling and low-carbon construction.关键词
