Abstract
An environmental protection engineering EPC project in Guizhou Province was selected as the research object.By establishing the index system of cost management and project benefit evaluation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics were used to deeply study the impact degree and mechanism of the whole process of cost management on project benefit.It is found that the implementation of cost management measures in the whole process of the project can save 15%of the project settlement compared with the investment estimate,in which the design optimization can reduce the project cost by 15%,the procurement integration can save 10%,and the construction management can shorten the construction period by 15%.Through quantitative analysis,the contribution degree of cost management to engineering benefits at each stage is determined,and the internal relationship between cost management and benefit improvement is revealed,providing reference for EPC project cost management practice.关键词
