Abstract
To achieve efficient roof drainage in large-span steel structure factories,siphonic drainage systems have become the mainstream choice.In order to deeply explore the potential safety hazards that hinder the normal operation of siphonic drainage systems,this paper systematically analyzes the system components and working mechanisms of siphonic drainage systems during the drainage phase.It also examines the characteristics of different types of vibration sources from the perspectives of their generation mechanisms,impacts,distribution locations,vibration frequencies,and vibration amplitudes.Correspondingly,three aspects of anti-sway and vibration-damping measures are proposed:adding anti-sway supports,installing seismic-like braces,and optimizing secondary suspension systems.Through analyzing the anti-sway and vibration-damping measures adopted in practical cases and their implementation effects,and comparing the vibration-damping effects of using different types of anti-sway and vibration-damping measures alone,the results show that after installing seismic-like braces,the average pipeline vibration acceleration decreases most significantly,reaching 86.4%.关键词
