中学生网络游戏成瘾的潜在剖面分析
Latent profile analysis of online game addiction among middle school students

Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories of online game addiction among middle school students,investigate their correlations with demographic variables,and provide references for targeted interventions.Methods Using a cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among middle school students in Hakka,Chaoshan,and Guangfu regions of Guangdong Province.A total of 1 200 online game addiction questionnaires,Chinese version,were distributed,and 1 134 valid questionnaires were collected.The characteristics of middle school students'online game addiction were analyzed through latent profile analysis,and multinomial Logistic regression was applied to explore the relationship between the potential categories of online game addiction and demographic variables.Results There were four potential categories of online game addiction among middle school students:the high-risk high-deception type(6.61%),high-risk low-deception type(6.35%),moderate-risk type(35.54%),and low-risk type(51.50%).The results of multinomial Logistic regression analysis indicated that the potential categories of online game addiction among middle school students were associated with grade,cultural region type,gender,family type,and maternal education level(χ2=62.87,P=0.00;χ2=26.76,P=0.00;χ2=148.80,P=0.00;χ2=25.73,P=0.00;χ2=30.04,P=0.04).Conclusion There are four potential categories of online game addiction among middle school students.Demographic variables,including grade,gender,cultural region type,family type,and maternal education level,can effectively predict the potential category of online game addiction into which middle school students are classified.It is advisable to formulate more targeted prevention and management measures for different types of addiction.关键词
