癌症儿童及其父母创伤后成长、生活质量与家庭功能的主客体互倚关系研究
Study on actor-partner interdependence relationships among post-traumatic growth,quality of life,and family functioning in children with cancer and their parents

Abstract
Objective To explore the actor-partner interdependence relationships among post-traumatic growth(PTG),quality of life(QOL),and family functioning in children with cancer and their parents.Methods From December 2023 to January 2025,convenience sampling was used to select children with cancer who received treatment in 4 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanghai and their parents as research participants.General information of the participants was collected,and measurements were conducted using the post-traumatic growth inventory(adult and child versions),the family functioning scale,and the pediatric quality of life inventory(family impact module and core module).A total of 306 valid questionnaires were obtained.Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed on relevant variables,and an actor-partner interdependence mediation model(APIMeM)was constructed to analyze the relationships among variables.Results There was no significant difference in PTG scores between children with cancer and their parents(P>0.05),while the QOL score of children with cancer was significantly higher than that of their parents(P<0.001).The family functioning score reported by parents was 1.95±0.43,and 55.20%of families had family functioning problems.Correlation analysis showed that family functioning was significantly negatively correlated with PTG and QOL of both children with cancer and their parents;the QOL of children with cancer had no significant correlation with their own PTG nor with their parents'PTG,while all other variables showed significantly positive correlations.APIMeM analysis revealed that PTG of children with cancer and their parents had no actor effect on their own QOL;parents'PTG had no partner effect on children's QOL,while children's PTG had a partner effect on parents'QOL.Bootstrap test results showed that family functioning played a complete mediating role in the following paths:children's PTG and their own QOL(β=0.040,95%CI:0.007 to 0.087),parents'PTG and their own QOL(β=0.056,95%CI:0.015 to 0.122),and parents'PTG and children's QOL(β=0.021,95%CI:0.003 to 0.054).Additionally,family functioning played a partial mediating role between children's PTG and parents'QOL(β=0.104,95%CI:0.039 to 0.191),accounting for 26.60%of the total mediating effect.Conclusion Under the mediating effect of family functioning,the physical and mental states of children with cancer and their parents interact with each other,showing an actor-partner interdependence relationship.This suggests that it is necessary to design an overall intervention program targeting the psychosocial factors of children with cancer and their parents based on the family system.关键词
