Promoting and hindering factors in promotion of Shanghai Autism Early Development(SAED)online intervention program
摘要
Abstract
Objective To launch the Shanghai Autism Early Development(SAED)online intervention program, and explore the promoting and hindering factors in its promotion process. Methods Through purposive sampling,10 trainees involved in the program were recruited as interviewees, and two semi-structured focus group interviews were conducted.Qualitative analysis was performed using the consolidated framework for implementation research(CFIR).Results The interviewees identified the following promoting factors for the promotion of the SAED online intervention program:strong evidence-based support and relative advantages, high adaptability, strong testability, abundant parental cognitive resources, support from external policies and internal incentives, and rich experience accumulated by implementers in cooperating with parents. The hindering factors included:high complexity of the program's target population, high costs of pre-training and post-operation,unclear channels for post-knowledge supervision, and relatively low self-efficacy of implementers. Conclusion To better promote and popularize the SAED online intervention program,it is recommended to strengthen the theoretical and professional training of physicians in primary-level clinics,to comprehensively improve their knowledge reserves, practical skills, and self-efficacy.At the same time,we should actively integrate internal and external resources, closely cooperate with parents, deepen psychoeducation, and jointly address the hindering factors in the promotion process.关键词
