摘要

Abstract

Under seismic loads,the concrete at the corners of shear wall structures often experiences crushing and spalling,leading to a decrease in the bearing capacity.Ensuring that the concrete at the corners is not damaged or fails prematurely is one of the effective ways to improve the seismic performance of shear walls.Three construction improvement methods are proposed for the assembled composite shear wall structure with embedded steel plate and outer concrete plate,including corner thickening treatment,corner straight edge rib treatment,and corner circular edge rib treatment.Four kinds of assembly composite shear wall test specimens are designed.Low cycle reversed tests are conducted for the four specimens to explore the influence of different corner construction improvement methods on the seismic performance of composite shear walls.The results show that the three improved methods of corner construction can effectively improve the seismic performance of prefabricated composite shear walls.The improved methods can mitigate the early damage and failure of corner concrete and interweaving of diagonal cracks in the wall body during the loading process of specimens.The mechanical properties of the specimen,such as load-bearing capacity,lateral stiffness,and hysteresis energy dissipation,have been significantly improved compared to the specimens without improvement in the corners,and the optimal treatment is corner circular edge rib treatment.The peak bearing capacity and lateral stiffness were increased by 16.77%and 26.67%respectively when the loading displacement angle reached 1/37 compared to the unmodified specimen.
