Abstract
In order to study the effects of concrete aggregate size,steel tube diameter-to-thickness ratio,length-to-diameter ratio,roughness of steel tube inner wall and fatigue load on the interface bonding properties of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST),9 specimens were designed and push-out tests were carried out.The interface bonding strength and bond stiffness were analyzed by load-slip curve and the distribution of longitudinal and circumferential strains on the outer surface of steel tube during the push-out test.The results show that the displacement of the free end lags behind that of the loading end,and the displacement increment of the free end gradually synchronises with that of the loading end during the loading process.The bonding properties of CFST columns decrease with the increase of the diameter-to-thickness ratio of steel tube and length-diameter ratio,and with the decrease of the inner roughness of steel tube.Fine aggregate concrete will reduce the bond performance,and fatigue will significantly reduce the bond performance of CFST columns.The longitudinal strain of the outer surface of the steel tube increases with the increase of the distance from the loading end,and the load is not uniformly transferred on the steel tube as the bonding is destroyed.The existing CFST bond strength model and test data were sorted out and analyzed.Based on the method of statistical analysis,a bond strength calculation model was fitted with the concrete strength,diameter-to-thickness ratio and length-to-diameter ratio as parameters,which is in good agreement with the actual data.关键词
