Enhancing the Party's Cultural Leadership in the Digital Space:Inevitable Logic,Guiding Principles,and Path Optimization

Abstract
Strengthening the Communist Party of China's cultural leadership in the digital realm is in-dispensable to prevailing in contests over digital ideological discourse,to constructing a Chinese-style digital civilization,and to enhancing the governance of mainstream-ideological risk.To this end,three guiding principles must be observed:integrating digital empowerment with value guidance;aligning infor-mation exchange with cultural genes;and balancing task prioritization with risk regulation.Operationally,the Party's cultural leadership should remain the absolute prerequisite,the supremacy of the people the core value orientation,and the cultivation of high-caliber digital talent the pivotal lever.A new paradigm of digitally mediated discursive dissemination must be erected as the principal support,while deepening systemic and institutional reform of culture constitutes the ultimate safeguard.Together,these measures will ensure a substantial and sustainable elevation of the Party's cultural leadership in cyberspace.关键词
