Abstract
The Long March of the Red Army was a great feat in human history.Liangshan Yi Autono-mous Prefecture,as an important ethnic area through which the Red Army passed, left behind precious historical relics such as the Skillful Crossing of the Jinsha River, the Alliance at Yihai, and the Confer-ence at Huili. This article takes the cultural resources of the Red Army's passage through Liangshan as the entry point, focusing on the practice of ethnic policies such as the"Proclamation of the Chinese Workers'and Peasants'Red Army"and the Alliance at Yihai.Through the logical framework of"policy breakthrough-social mobilization-identity construction",it explains how the Red Army broke through the limitations of a slave society and ethnic oppression:at the policy level,it broke down the hierarchical barriers with the principle of"equality between Han and Yi";at the social level,it awakened ethnic con-sciousness through"striking the rich and helping the poor"and organizing the masses;at the identity lev-el,it laid the historical foundation for the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community. The re-search reveals that the Red Army's 28-day practice was not only a victory in military strategy but also an early example of the localization of ethnic policies in China. Its concept of"equality and unity"resonates historically with the current efforts to forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation in the new era.关键词
