The Emergence Logic,Current Situation Analysis,and Resolution Strategies of Digital Labor Alienation
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology and digital economy has brought profound chan-ges to the content and form of labor.Digital labor,as the latest form of labor generated by the digital technology revolution,plays an important role in promoting productivity improvement and social progress.However,at the same time,the nature of capital appreciation has not changed,and the risk of alienation in digital labor has become more complex and severe.The emergence logic of digital labor alienation lies in the"comprehensive alliance"between digital technology and capital logic.On this basis,the dissolu-tion of the subject consciousness of digital workers is the subjective condition for digital labor alienation.The alienation of digital labor is manifested in the blurring of the temporal and spatial boundaries between labor and leisure in the dimension of time and space,the inherent nature of human beings in the dimen-sion of freedom being trapped by algorithms,and the fragmentation of social relationships between people in the dimension of relationships.In order to mitigate and avoid the risk of alienation in digital labor,practical measures such as improving digital labor laws and regulations,regulating the value orientation of algorithm technology applications,and enhancing the digital literacy and skills of digital workers should be taken to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of digital workers and promote the return of labor to its human nature.关键词
