Abstract
The pervasive integration of internet technologies into daily life has rendered the online realm an indispensable extension of the physical world.Within game environments,social-media platforms,e-commerce ecosystems,and digital-finance interfaces,network data coalesce into valuable digital assets that now constitute a significant category of private property.Consequently,the death or incapacity of an account holder raises urgent questions regarding the preservation,transfer,and ultimate inheritance of these digital legacies.However,the current society lacks systematic legal norms,and there are many dis-putes caused by unclear legal provisions in practice,which brings trouble to users or the families of the deceased.This enlightens people to think about effective ways to protect personal privacy,protect proper-ty rights and interests,and respect the wishes of the deceased,so it is of great significance to explain the possibility and realization of digital inheritance from a legal perspective.关键词
